Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration of the rental process, delivering great customer service whilst ensuring all relevant documentation is always completed.

 

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this role is ideal for an experienced administrator with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

What is the purpose of the role?

  • Provide first point of contact for customers to manage hires, dealing with all enquiries, service delivery, orders and returns
  • Develop customer relationships with a focus on fostering long-term relationships.
  • Organising hire install, and return including liaising with the service team.
  • Administer contract documentation for all hires, including insurance, billing, returns etc.
  • Ensure effective process management. Specifically, formal hire documentation, billing, returns, insurance, and stock control

 

What skills and behaviours are we looking for:

  • Experience of working in similar role and in similar sector.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of all Microsoft Office packages(Outlook, Excel)
  • Technical aptitude, problem solving and proactive approach.
  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship builder
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
